Information from Norman Hitch: "My Grandmother was Dorothy Ada Poppy (b.1892), parents were Thomas Gibbon Poppy (b. 1862) and Alice Elizabeth Reasbeck (b.1865). Thomas's parents were Bryant Edward Poppy (b.1829) and Mary Fisher (b. 1833).

Bryant Edward Poppy was the younger brother of Thomas Poppy, licensed victually in 1879.

Also sister Mary Poppy, born Stoven , 1827 - unmarried, teacher at private school in 1879."
