Thanks for that, I have yet to find the marriage of Arthur and Cissy and it is shrouded in family legend re Arthur having a wife already who was in an asylum!
The information I have indicates that Arthur and Cissy lived in the London area until WW2 when they moved to IOW when their house was bombed. I have them in the 1901 Census at 96 Great Suffolk Street, London. I'm certain that it is them. Cissy (Sarah Jane) is listed as Jane and shown born Lynn, Shropshire. Lynn is a tiny hamlet where the Plevin family settled.
My info suggests that they had 3 children
